Academy cohorts now forming

We were delighted to launch The Academy in April and are already working with firms to support their talent and development strategies.

With continued pressure to attract and retain talent, and the growing need for robust succession planning, The Academy offers a practical, end-to-end solution to help firms recruit, develop, and retain the next generation of professionals.

Four structured pathways are currently available:

The Academy has been designed to support the long-term sustainability of the advice profession by attracting and developing new talent. It provides a clear, governed structure for recruitment, training, and development, working with approved apprenticeship providers and supporting both firms and learners throughout their journey, to ensure competence and long term success.
