As you know , one of the most vital things about any service that we offer is that it meets the needs of our Member and Client firms , and is supporting your development in the most important areas to you . Your ongoing feedback is incredibly important to us , and one of the ways in which we receive that feedback is through our annual survey – the full results of which you can see on pages 12 – 15 of this publication . We were delighted to hear that the majority of those who responded to the survey ( 61.5 %) were feeling positive about the year ahead , and about the growing demand for advice . In the survey , you also told us about your top priorities for 2024 , which included managing compliance risk , growing your client bank and bringing in new technology .
