Key take-aways During 2020 , the importance and adoption of technology grew exponentially , and it is no surprise that advisers cited bringing about more efficiency and using technology as their number one opportunity for 2021 .
Furthermore , feedback highlighted advisers ’ desire to expand their reach , both in terms of attracting new clients and offering wider solutions .
